If you are mature, employed, own your own gear, and have been quietly honing your craft, it might be time to break out! No drama. We rehearse, we have fun, we go home. Harmony vocals will be an added plus, but not required.

You don't have to be a keyboard wizard, but if you are competent at your instrument, and willing to get better, you might be a good fit.
